The inspiration for tonight's topic is two fold. The first is our district is trying its first PD day from home. We are expected to work on online training and connect to colleagues via a GHO tomorrow. The second is the fact that I missed most of #tlap on Monday when that chat was about technology. So I came up with some of my own questions and stole some of theirs. I mean why reinvent the wheel when they created some good ones.
Q1 How can you use technology to provide real world experiences or connections to enhance your lessons? #sstlap
Q2 How can you use technology to engage the reluctant learner? How can you check for understanding during a lesson? #sstlap
Q3 Video chats can enhance any lesson. How can you incorporate a different or global perspective using tech? #sstlap
Q4 How can you use technology to create anticipation for an upcoming lesson? What do you use? #sstlap
Q5 How could you use the power of social media to go outside your classroom walls or to get feedback during a lesson? #sstlap
Q6 How can you use tech to transform your learning environment, especially as a hook for your lesson?
Q7 What is your biggest takeaway from tonight's chat? - What can you use in the next week? #sstlap
