Most of us aren't quiet finished for the year and many might have just panicked a little at the mere mention of end of the year.
I am not telling you to cash it in for the year. Rather this is a call to reflect on this past year and end with a bang.
Q1 What goal(s) did you have for this year that you achieved or even went above and beyond with what you were able to accomplish?
Q2 What goal(s) did you fall short? What did you learn from this?
Q3 What were your best lessons of the year?
Q4 Which lesson(s) failed to achieve lift off? Which ones faltered, flopped or FAILED?
Q5 What are you most proud of achieving this year?
Q6 What are you most proud of your students for having accomplished this year?
Q7 Why do you teach?
Q8 Why do your students come to school, to your classroom? -- If you don't know there is still time to find out- ask them- learn from them- set goals to make them want to come for positive reasons. What can you do to make kids want to come even when they don't have to?
